Automations and goals

Work that runs on a schedule, and outcomes TheOne keeps moving toward.

Create an automation

  1. Open Automations and pick one of 22 templates, or simply say it in chat: “Every morning at 8:30, summarise AI news and email it to me.”
  2. Choose the trigger: a schedule, a webhook or a GitHub event.
  3. Choose where results go: your email, or a Feishu, WeCom, DingTalk, Slack or Discord bot webhook.

Bot webhooks are accepted only on each service’s own host, over HTTPS.

Set a goal

  1. Open Goals, or say “keep this as a goal”.
  2. Give it measures, a budget and how often to review.
  3. Follow progress and the review record; pause or edit at any time. You are told when it is reached or blocked.
