What TheOne asks before doing, and where you decide.
What needs approval
- Actions with consequences — sending, paying, deleting, publishing, changing files — wait for you.
- An approval is bound to the exact action; if the action changes, it asks again.
Where to decide
- On the approval card in the conversation.
- In Activity, which gathers everything across conversations that needs you.
- From the slash menu at the start of the composer: approve, reject or retry.
- In voice conversations, approval is a tap on screen; saying “approve” does not count.
